I mentioned in an earlier post how my husband and I have been juicing every morning, and it’s made such a difference in our day. When we miss our daily juice we both feel drained and crave nutrients.
Here’s one very simple go-to we use when we’re in a rush.
1 cup baby spinach leaves
Half of medium cucumber sliced
1 large diced apple (we like pink lady)
3 ice cubes
Half cup of water
If you have a few sliced red peppers in the fridge they taste good with this too. Blend together and enjoy!
FYI we use a Nutribullet, which is very affordable and easy to travel with. But when we’re at my Mom’s house we use the amazing BlendTec, which is pretty expensive, but so easy to clean up and blends absolutely anything perfectly.
