It was completely my husbands idea…and I happen to looove it.
without consulting one another…
So we thought that should be fun, or at the very least somewhat interesting 🙂
But we’ll “let it go” anyway (sorry I couldn’t resist):
She may be a new Disney princess favorite for me, right alongside Belle.
From the beginning, Elsa is selfless. Poised, regal, and reserved.
She deeply loves Anna – so much so that she separates herself from her in order to protect her.
At first, Elsa is completely driven by fear. Fear of not only harming those around her, but her fear is a deeper hatred of who she is and the unique gift she’s been given. She’s complex.
Anna on the other hand, sweet as she is, falls “in love” with the first cute guy who gives her attention without even knowing anything about him. psssh. I’ve never done that! Dummy.
Elsa has no time for that garbage, and even warns her ever naive sister.
Also, she doesn’t need a man for confidence. Finally Disney, finally!
In the end she embraces her talents and ends up becoming a beautiful and confident Queen.
Oh and also she created Olaf.
|(Yes, my husband actually took the time to draw this. ugh.)|
As the His to Char’s Hers, I’m going to have to go with…. Anna! She is sweet, kind, and caring… and really enthusiastic about building a snowman. She may rush into things [marriage] a little bit too quickly, but overall, I liked her a lot. As far as Elsa goes, call me old fashioned, but the powerful, icy type with a fiery temper and serious issues scares me off a little bit. I’d prefer she just gave me the cold shoulder.
Who’s your pick?
