Mes Cinq Favourites

February 19, 2014

Linking up with Fountains of Home for this weeks 5 favourites! (shout out to all you Quebecois…)

1. Being a bridesmaid at my college roomies wedding last weekend has to be the first favourite this week.

Frankie and I flew out to Ohio and Steve stayed back to study for the bar exam…which is one week from today so prayers are really needed!!

Traveling with a toddler as a single parent is definitely an adventure…but a good one.  It also gives you an excuse to order breakfast in bed.

My girlfriend Christina was a gorgeous bride.  So classic and pretty. She is such a lovely person.

The only problem was I had a bridesmaid dress one size too big…so my hips ended up looking like Effie Trinket from the Hunger Games…ha!

I swear those aren’t my ACTUAL hips!

2.  Red Dress Boutique.  If you haven’t yet discovered this lovely boutique then click here and enjoy!

3. Creations by Ellen Etsy shop.  Click here and enjoy!
4. The Pacuare Lodge in Costa Rica.  Hoping Steve and I can make this happen in 2015.
5. This post I wrote yesterday.  It’s really from the heart.  One of the first blog posts I was a little nervous to publish, but happy I did none the less.
Merci tout le monde!

That Pacuare Lodge sounds incredible! I clicked through and read about their adventure packages, and not gonna lie, it made my heart beat a little bit faster. Now I want to plan a Costa Rican adventure too!

Omigoodness, you and that bride looked gorgeous! Such pretty hair! And your little date was precious. Well done for being so brave and travelling with him by yourself!
