Today was all about Christmas, and we didn’t even plan for it. Yet all in one day:
Frankie met Santa Clause.
Still laughing about this one. When Santa asked what he wanted he shyly smiled and said “I would like a gun please!” Yikes.
For those of you who don’t have boys…just wait until you do…
While the Santa Clause at the Bass Pro in Florida would have probably handed him one on the spot, I think he freaked out New Jersey Santa.
Oh well…boys will be boys, right?
We got ahhhmazing hot chocolate with crushed Oreos and Marshmellows
We enjoyed a live Nativity in our town (donkeys are adorable)
Frankie named his little elf “Jingle Bell”
It SNOWED and STUCK!
We had our first snowball fight and we rescued the snow princess from the evil dragon. (all his idea) Steve also stuffed snow down my shirt which has resulted in me waiting for the perfect moment to exact my revenge…
A few nights ago we showed Frank the Grinch (a classic!) and he actually didn’t like it!!
He thinks the Grinch was too scary.
I’m simply going to relish in his innocence and we’ll try again next year.
Tomorrow it’s on to wrapping presents and a fun Christmas tree project with Frank.
I’ll be posting our Christmas projects soon for those of you who are like me…trapped indoors with your 3 year old who has a short attention span! 🙂
Hope you all are enjoying this fun time of year!
