Those of you who know Frank know that he loves all things pirates…especially Jake and Captain Hook!
Due to living far, far away in the Sunshine State, we never had a real official birthday party with both family and friends.
Soooo I was so excited to finally host this one! 🙂
With a little planning, a Jake and the Neverland Pirates party was pretty easy and affordable to pull off.
Almost every game was either made by me or purchased on the cheap from Amazon or Etsy. At the end of this post I’ll link up where I got the ideas/games.
It was SO much fun and my now 3 year old Frank had such a great time playing swords with his cousins and friends!
When the kids arrived they could choose to be a Pirate or a Fairy…boys got swords, eye patches, and pirate hats while girls got fairy wings and fairy necklaces.
The games included walking the plank, digging for treasure, throwing water balloons at Captain Hook, pirate ship basketball, crocodile ring toss, pirate pinata, bean bag toss, and relay races.
I’ve never seen cuter pirates or pixies in my life. And what a happy birthday for my Frank! 🙂

So obviously Frank doesn’t really know how to wear an eyepatch…pretty darn adorable |

As you can see, my husband got really into the whole pirate theme… 😉 haha |

This is the cutest! Wow, what a good party planner you are. I usually do pizza, cake and a park :). You are inspiring me for higher things!
Also, I can't believe I passed up the opportunity for you to take our family picture when we lived by you. These photos are amazing!
Talent! Pure talent! I love what you did, b/c you didn't overwhelm the senses w/ tons of pirate-y things. Tasteful is the word. Great work 🙂
